Level 8 Regional Qualifiers Shine at Regionals

Rebecca Fritz (Lake Jackson) and Makenzie Stremmel (Lake Jackson) both had an outstanding showing at the Level 8 Regional Championships on April 9-10, 2011 in Norman, Oklahoma.  This fantastic meet was hosted by Bart Conner Gymnastics and had competitors for seven different states.  Our girls competed against gymnasts from Texas, Kansas, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Colorado, Lousiana and Arkansas.  Rebecca and Makenzie both showed that hard work will pay off.  Makenzie was 7th on Vault, 17th on Balance Beam and 16th in the All Around.  Rebecca was 19th on Vault and 20th on Floor.  Both girls have scored high enough to move up to Level 9.  Way to go, girls!!!  We are so proud of you!!!
